Orders
Big Toe Audio Productions cannot be held responsible for orders wrongly

Orders will not be despatched unless we are confident of the accuracy of an

Postage
We aim to dispatch all orders vial 2nd class Royal Mail within
forty-eight hours of receipt unless other arrangements have been requested.
We cannot be held responsible for return items lost in transit.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please advise us of the
problem and your intention to return it. We will advise you on despatch. Goods
must be returned to us in the condition you received them within fourteen days
when we will refund the purchase price of the goods or exchange them providing
the appropriate return postage to you is included.
